Make a movie and make some art
this summer!
We will work on some very exciting
art projects, but that's not all!
The class will also be
a fully functioning
production crew who go through
the process of making a movie.
Pre Production with Script writing,
Props, costumes, rehearsals and
location scouting. Production will
include Acting, Camera operation,
Sound, Lighting, Script supervisor,
Continuity and more.
We will also learn about film techniques
and history.
General Summer Camp Info:
Art Camp: We will be doing a ton of projects, including painting in watercolour, acrylic and more. Drawing lessons, keeping a beautiful sketchbook. Pastels, sculpture and more. Still life and nature, abstract and surreal. Learning about techniques and famous and not so famous artists. We will have an Art Show on the last day of camp where the children's families will have a chance to see all the hard work done that week! If last year is anything to judge by, it is going to be ridiculous amounts of fun!
Movie Camp: Make a movie this summer! The class will be a fully functioning production crew who go through the process of making a movie. Pre Production with Script writing, Props, costumes, rehearsals and location scouting. Production will include Acting, Camera operation, Sound, Lighting, Script supervisor, Continuity and more. We will also learn about film techniques and history. The final production will be available as a secret link on youtube.
The camp focuses on Production.
