As a child young Cleaver was forced by his vicious mother to eat his vegetables, turning him in to an insane killing machine with a lust for meat. Ten years ago he finally snapped and killed his entire family, all but his brother who was crippled when Cleaver hit him in the back with an ax. Cleaver now lives alone in an abandon barn just out side of the city, feasting on meat every day. All was fine until a group of campers decided to venture on to Cleaver's land. That's when Cleaver decided to protect his land and start feasting on the meat of human beings!

Bo-Bo makes his way back from hell, and Rolf is brought back to life one last time to stop him! Beefart and Cheenkaw use special talents that Cheenkaw learned during his time in Tibet to help track down the mysterious Scepter of Osiris. Will these new powers be enough to defeat Bo-Bo once and for all?
